The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the process for comprehensive Organizational faculty training and development initiatives that will enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of faculty at PAC.
The Training and Development Coordinator coordinates all the programs running in PAC for Training and Development and he needs to make sure the smoothness of process. Also will be responsible for recruitment of faculty staff Responsibilities: CVs shortlisting for faculties Discussing appropriate CVs with the management Arranging presentations Arranging the technical interviews Arranging training of the new inducting faculty Facilitate PACs development process and manage it, improve it and sustain it.
Maintain and update the software for Training and Development Provide administrative support and coordination to training activities Requirements: Possess strong communication skills Adequate knowledge of learning management software Familiarity with talent management and succession planning Sound decision making and organizational skills Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficiency in MS Office and in database software NOTE:
