Job Description:

    Manage large number of inbound/outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills Required:

    Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent Spoken English Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Proficient in MS Office specifically MS Excel Data entry skill Flexible and Target Oriented Customer Focus Knowledge of the call center industry Ability to work at night Ability to work under pressure
