Job Description:

    We are looking to hire Technical Support Engineer. Candidate should have the following skills Provide demonstrations of services and products. Interface with the internal team quality assurance, and management to communicate support incidents that require upstream attention and/or resolution. Document incidents as well as other deliverables such as help files, FAQ, online help, knowledge bases, etc. Be organized and properly update incident tickets, etc. Understand and master the companies products and services through training and hands-on usage. Provide customer support to clients via various communications tools including email, phone, or live chat. Gain a technical understanding and can at least analyze root causes and fix . Troubleshoot products installation, configuration or migration issues

Skills Required:

    Must have good verbal and written English communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure Minimum 1 years in a similar position Basic experience with software programming concepts, Operating systems (Linux/ Windows including databases, user interfaces, control panels websites, and web pages)
