Job Description:

    We are looking to hire Quality Assurance Engineer. Candidate should have the following jobs role
    To ensure that effective Quality failure system is in place and keep records of in-house quality related complaints and its resolution.
    To ensure that any change in premises or system that can affect product or service quality must be regulated through QA.
    To prepare Q- Scorecard and Management Information System reports for management review. Internal & external Audit preparation & follow ups with stakeholders for closure of audit findings.
    To Plan TNA (Training Need Analysis) of all individuals. Keep records of all trainings and assessments and to update the Master list.
    To maintain Master list of all SOPs. Update and monitor SOPs and distribution of SOPs.
    To maintain Master list of all RM and Finished products (Incoming & outgoing records).
    To maintain Validation Master List and keep record of all validations & revalidations. Trend analysis of critical parameters of LABSA and Formic Acid. Cross check of QC results & any other analytical parameters, if required.
    To lead Product Stability Studies in collaboration with QC.
    To arrange Seminar, workshop, training or any other Quality related activities. To review Log book of inspectors and monitor inspectors’ activities. Any other task assigned by Managemen
    To ensure Batch release of conformed products.
    To keep & maintain records of all Approved & Rejected batches.
    To ensure On-time Filling of conformed products.
    To keep & maintain intimations, approved stickers & weight records of filling of all products.
    To raise NCR against any Non-Conformity, follow ups with concerned departments and keep record of all NCRs.
    To make Quality Incident report and keep record of all Quality incidents with proper root cause identification and CAPA.
    To resolve Customer Complaint of Quality and keep record of resolution of all complaints.
