UBM Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking to hire for a Project Manager for its subsidiary UBM Foods and UBM Milk for our Lahore Office. Following are Jobs duties and Responsibilities. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines. Manages program of projects and project managers within a region to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts. Manages the strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigates any risk. Develops and implements strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the regions strategic initiatives. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to achieve results. Must have demonstrated ability to manage complexity and must be organizationally/politically astute. Demonstrated ability to manage staff and a strong understanding of the Food Industry from research to planning to information management is required. Should have good commercial awareness. Must have marketing degree from a reputable institute. An excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing is essential. Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is a personality that pays attention to details.
