1) Maintain attendance sheet daily and on monthly basis. 2) Maintaining time sheets of Audit Trainees for Karachi & Lahore offices. 3) Maintain the leave record of trainees and staff of Karachi & Lahore offices. 4) Pursue the registration of trainees according to the ICAP and ACCA trainees for Karachi & Lahore offices. 5) Maintain Audit Staff allocation on weekly basis. 6) Providing monthly Compensation changes about staff and trainees. 7) Receive CV’s of applicants and screen out for interviews with consultation of Partners and Managers. 8) Ensure daily checking of emails. 9) Update database of staff and trainee. 10) To manage the comprehensive Performance Management of employees. 11) To prepare Training and Organizational Development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of trainees and employees. 12) Dealing with day to day HR issues of trainees and employees and taking timely action, as needed. 13) Any other activities related to the HR functions from time to time as instructed by the Partners.
