We are looking to hire Front Desk Officer. Candidate should have the following skills Handling incoming calls and ensure calls are promptly answered and correctly transferred. Check Message box and ensure that all calls/messages are returned or are alerted to the correct department accordingly, message taking. Receiving visitors, attend to vendors, etc. Ensure that visitors are received in a professional manner and receiving party is informed of their arrival. Visitors are signed in the Visitors’ book. Ensure letters are correctly franked and sent out daily. Sort and distribute mails, ensure that letters and deliveries are correctly delivered to departments. Assist Admin , HR & Accounts department in clerical work Courier services (Local and Overseas) – arrange for collection and tracking of important documents. Update telephone list periodically. Maintain tidiness/cleanliness at reception area at all times and ensure meeting rooms are ready for use before each meeting. Building maintenance, e.g. contact Management office for office lights, aircon malfunctions, etc. Booking of meeting rooms when required. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Admin Manager & Secretarial. Working closely with vendors.
Pleasant disposition, able to work independently. Initiative and alert. Able to start work immediately. Proficient in Ms Office. Possess a good communication and interpersonal skills.
