We are looking to hire Customer Service Representative. Candidate should have the following skills
Provide accurate, valid and complete information of every product available on our store.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper resolution of complaints.
Actively handle order cancellations/returns by proactively reaching out to transport partners and process refunds.
Actively liaison with internal teams to ensure efficient sales management in this division.
Reach out to customers to get order confirmations.
Provide excellent customer services to customers who are looking for information and provide help them support/guidance to make better purchase decisions.
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches.
Order bookings on booking portals.
Respond all customer queries and orders through social channels.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Basic informations regarding Car Parts & Accessories. Analytical and multitasking skills. Be competitive and supportive in sales environment. Highly motivated and self starter. Experience in customer services department. Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
